PRAYER: To withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P.No.1027 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transfer it to the file of the Family Court, Chennai and thus render justice.

ORDER

Heard.

2. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking withdrawal of H.M.O.P.

No.1027 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transfer of the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

3. The petitioner is residing at Chennai and the children are stated to be in the custody of the petitioner/mother. It is also submitted that the matter is at the counter stage.

4. Considering the convenience of the petitioner/wife, who is stated to be residing at Chennai with the children, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer petition.

5. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P. No.1061 of 2024 is allowed and H.M.O.P. No.1027 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai, to be taken up and disposed of in accordance with law. The Family Court, Madurai is directed to transmit the entire records forthwith to the Family Court, Chennai. In view of the above, C.M.P. No.23382 of 2024 is closed. No costs.
