(through Video Conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction, to direct the third respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner and his Super market namely, Mount Bazaar, bearing Door No.9/5, Taluk Office Road, Little Mount, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015.

2.Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.K.Balasubramaniam, learned Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. 3.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner present and made a submission that the dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent is settled in out of Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. 4.In view of the above submission, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
