This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18928 of 2024 dated 08.08.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying the conditions for 15 days regularly and that the investigation has been completed.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying the condition without fail, and also taking into consideration the nature of offence and investigation has been completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every first working day of the English Calendar month for a period of three (3) months.
