This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 230 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.19,000/- in the above Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and in the interest of justice, the delay of 230 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.19,000/- in the above Appeal is condoned.
