[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the grand mother of the detenu viz., Lokesh S/o.Prabhakaran, aged about 21 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders of second respondent passed in C3/D.O.No.:103/2019 dated 22.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the grand son of the petitioner in C3/D.O.No.:103/2019 dated 22.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4866, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
