The petitioner herein, who is appearing as party-in-person has filed this petition to restore Crl.O.P.No.17541 of 2015, which was dismissed on merits by an order dated 06.07.2023.

On perusing the order, which is sought to be restored, this Court finds that the petitioner has approached Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram with an application under Section 200 r/w 190(a)(a) of the Cr.P.C for the alleged offence under Section 499 of IPC r/w Section 34 of IPC and Section 500 r/w Section 120B of IPC. The said petition was returned as not maintainable by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram vide order dated 15.06.2016. Challenging that, the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.O.No.17541 of 2015, which was disposed of on 06.07.2023. The petitioner appears in-person informs that his petition was posted for maintainability by the Court below. Since there was no appearance on his behalf, same was returned. Instead of representing the returned petition explaining how the petition is maintainable, he wants to restore of his application filed before the High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., which was disposed on merits. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
