O R D E R

The civil revision petitioners seek for expeditious disposal of E.P.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.52 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court at Tindivanam.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Tindivanam as to how long she would require to dispose of the execution petition. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge has sent a report dated 14.10.2024 stating that the matter has been adjourned from 22.06.2023 onwards for the purpose of enabling the civil revision petitioners to produce the draft sale deed.

3.Mr.Duraisami, learned senior counsel representing Mr.Kandhan Duraisami, states that the case is listed on 21.10.2024 and on that day, they will produce the draft sale deed before the Court. Once the draft sale deed, as undertaken by the civil revision petitioners, is produced before the Court below, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Tindivanam shall dispose of the execution petition within a period of eight weeks 2/4

from the date on which the draft sale deed is submitted.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
