R.Jayaraman v. R.Jayaraman
Crl.M.P.No.17604 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.14373 of 2019 M.S.RAMESH,J.
The grievance of the petitioner is that in view of the earlier order of this Court dated 07.06.2019, the proceedings are going on a day to day basis and the petitioner being a complainant is put to serious hardship.
2. The earlier order came to be passed at the instance of the accused and though the prayer in the main petition in Crl.O.P.No.14373 of 2019 was for the purpose of quashing the proceedings, this Court had rejected such a prayer with a direction to complete the proceedings within a period of three months. While that being so, if at all there is any discrepancy, the only option available to the petitioner is to challenge the same in the manner known to law and seeking for further time in order to enable the Court to leisurely conduct the proceedings will be opposed to the earlier observations made by this Court and hence not permissible.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 27.11.2019 hvk http://www.judis.nic.in
