The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue market value for an extent of 1 acre 91 cents comprised in Survey No.300/5 and an extent of 1 acre 14 cents comprise survey No.300/6 Sengunam Village, Perambalur, by considering petitioner representation letter dated 27.08.2019.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the guideline value of the property in Survey Nos.300/5 and 300/6, Sengunam Village, Perambalur has not been furnished by the respondent despite his request.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the information sought by the petitioner is available in the website. He can download the information from the Tamil Nadu Government website (Registration Department). A copy of the information also furnished to this Court as well as to the learned counsel for the petitioner, which indicates the guideline value of land in Survey Nos.300/5 and 300/6 at Sengunam Village, Perambalur is Rs.2,17,004/-. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above facts, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
