This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier, this Court, by an order dated 30.11.2022 dismissed the above petition stating that petitioner is not complying with the condition. However, due to inadvertence, it was reported that he is not complying the condition. Today when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.24337 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022. Hence, the matter has been listed today.

3. Considering his submissions, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the order in the above petition shall be modified as follows :- 1/4

"2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3. Recording the submissions of learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24337 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022 is relaxed".

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.M.P.No.18067 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24337 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner. 12.12.2022 rpp 2/4

This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24337 of 2022 on 06.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24337 of 2022.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
