the file of the V Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner / tenant vacated the premises and handed over the possession of the suit property to the respondent and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
