This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the Arbitration Appeal in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div) DR. No.131725 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel for the Applicants prays for the delay of 23 days in filing the Arbitration Appeal may be condoned.
3. Mr.M.Arunachalam, learned counsel undertakes to re-present the vakalat on behalf of the respondent which has been returned by the Registry. But however, he has expressed no serious objection for allowing this Application.
4. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the Application seeking condonation of delay and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein. Accordingly, this Application is allowed.
