ORDER
The petitioner only wants a mandamus simplicitor directing the respondents, particularly R3 to consider his representation dated 11.10.2023 and allow him to upload the documents for registration for the PG Courses conducted by National Board of Examination in Medical Science (NBEMS).

Mr.Venkatasamy Babu, learned SPC, accepts notice for R1 and R2 and Mr.R.Thirunavukkarasu, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for R3. Learned counsel for R3 expresses no objection to a direction being issued for consideration of the representation simplicitor, and in accordance with law. 3.
Hence mandamus is issued to R3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2023 and pass orders in 2/4
accordance with law and applicable Regulations expeditiously. 4.
