This petition is filed to relax the condition in Paragraph No.8 imposed in the order dated 07.09.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.10460 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.474 of 2018.

2.Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear once in every quarterly before the learned XIV Additional Special Court for CBI Cases, Chennai, commencing from November 2024.
