ORDER

(through video conferencing) This petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to protect the petitioner from respondents 3 to 5 and remove the obstruction done by them and to proceed in accordance with law.

Today when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that there was some dispute arose between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regarding public pathway, the said dispute has been resolved between the parties. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructous.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
