O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to take action as per the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in OM No.1142/2017/A dated 3.7.2017 in furtherance of the representation dated 23.6.2017 seeking for measuring and fixing the boundaries for plot no 8 and 8A in Survey No.301/A2 at Thiruneermalai Town Panchayat Ranganagar NSK Salai Old No.5 New No.8 Alandur Taluk Chennai 600 044 and earmark the boundaries of the land as per the patta of the petitioner and the petitioners husband within the period stipulated by this Court.
2. Even though the petitioner has given a representation to the 2nd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer on 23.06.2017 for survey and identification of four boundaries of the land of the petitioner and the same, even though has been forwarded to the Tahsildar concerned ie., the 3rd respondent so far since no action has been taken, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. Reiterating the aforesaid facts, the learned 2 / 4
counsel for the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court.

Heard Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Additional Government Pleader who would submit that, as per the procedure in vogue, if at all the land in question belongs to the petitioner and he wants to survey the land, he has to make an online application and necessary fee has to be paid. If such an application is made along with necessary fee, the same would be considered and the needful within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer and the stand taken by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.
●That it is open for the petitioner to make an online application along with necessary fee through the web portal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the purpose of surveying the land and to identify the four boundaries of the land belongs to the petitioner.
●On receipt of such application and the necessary fee from the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to act upon and do the needful within a period of six weeks thereafter. 3 / 4
