ORDER
Writ Petition has been filed Writ of Declaration that the Diploma in Teachers Education (DTE) issued by the Bhartiya
Shiksha Parishad Uttar Pradesh to the petitioners do not require evaluation in the state of Tamilnadu and to direct the respondents not to insist on the petitioners having their respective certificates evaluated.
2. In a similar matter, this court, has passed an order in W.P.No.23168 of 2004 and the extracted relevant portion reads as follows:
"2. According to petitioner, she has undergone two years Diploma in Teacher's Education in the 2nd respondent InstitutionIndira Gandhi Teacher's Training College, Bangalore that is affiliated to Bharathiya Shiksha Parishad, Lucknow. Further case of petitioner is that she has completed the course and has also obtained the Diploma in Teacher's Education Certificate. Petitioner has made an application with the prescribed fees to 1st respondent for evaluating the Diploma Certificate. By the order dated 14.10.2003, the 1st respondent informed that the Diploma Certificate issued by Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad could not be evaluated since there is no rules for evaluation of the Certificates obtained through Correspondence fee. Challenging the said order, petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. When the Writ Petition came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that subsequently, it was learnt that 2nd respondent Institution was a bogus Institution and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition."
3. Since the Institution Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad Uttar Pradesh is a bogus Institution, the certificate obtained by the petitioners cannot be registered in the Employment Exchange.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the taking note of the reliance placed by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed for by the petitioners. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
