ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 17.06.2019 within a stipulated time as this Court fixes.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, at present, the petitioner's children were not studying in the fourth respondent/School and the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
