By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to register the sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner vide Application in Token No.S01LANDVV202306195702345 dated 19.06.2023.

It is the case of the petitioner that she had proposed to purchase the subject matter in S.No.1066/4B measuring 4 1⁄2 cents, S.No.1066/5 measuring 11 cents, totally 15 1⁄2 cents from Varadhammal and Kamatchi and S.No.1067/3 measuring 4 cents from J.Venkatesan and J.Muthu. Subsequently, a sale deed was executed and presented before the second respondent vide Token No.S01LANDVV202306195702345 for registration. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that despite the fact that he has presented the document for registration, the document has not been registered and no action has been taken. Hence, she seeks a direction to the second respondent to register the sale deed executed in her favour.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that token number is also taken in that regard. However, the document is not been registered.

5. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that if the document is presented, they will act as per law.

6. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and perused the materials available on record.

7. In view of the above facts, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to register the document as per law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
