This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue Non Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA ie., Cross Relaxation massage in the name and style of "Royal 02 SPA" at Hotel Rajadurai Residency, Door No.3/25029 Near Rajakottai Flyover, Kattiganapalli, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District Pin 635 001 based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the respondent, in turn, sought for certain documents from the petitioner to give NOC.

3. If the petitioner furnishes all the details and particulars, the request of the petitioner may be considered and the respondent shall pass orders in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 2/4
