Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order of dismissal dated 19.06.2017 made in I.A.No.409 of 2015 in O.S.No.77 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruppattur, Vellore District. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.77 of 2014 was dismissed by the judgment and decree dated 02.12.2019 and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.09.2021 kj To The Subordinate Judge Tiruppattur, Vellore District.
