The prayer in the Writ Petition is for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to receive the revised plan and process the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.N.Sampath, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent; Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 and perused the records.

3. Taking note of the fact that this Writ Petition is for the year 2006 and the prayer sought for, was for issuance of a direction to receive the revised plan, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to give a revised plan to the concerned Authority with all required documents, if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the cause of action survives. In the event of submission of the revised plan, the Authority shall process the application in accordance with law and take a decision after affording opportunity to the necessary parties.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
