This petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No. 261 of 2017 dated 28.10.2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Arachalur Police Station, Erode District, against the petitioner for the alleged offences under sections 294(b), 332, 506(i) of IPC.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has already been filed closing the case as mistake of facts on 15.01.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistratehttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

II, Erode, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition, has now become infructuous.

3. Based on the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
