The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC in Crime No.105 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that all the three accused had waylaid the defacto complainant and had stolen the mobile phone Vivo Y20G. It is also stated that A1 and A2 had been arrested and are still in custody. The property had not yet been secured.
3.In view of these facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
