When this matter came up for hearing on 17.12.2020, there was no representation from both sides and hence, this Court has posted this matter "for dismissal."

Today, when this matter came up for hearing in the morning, one Advocate has represented on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner and asked adjournment, but, this Court directed the said Advocate to send for the concerned counsel on record and the matter was taken up for hearing at 3.00 p.m. At that time, there was no representation for the petitioner and also for the respondent. Hence, post this matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 19.01.2021.
