PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 15.05.2025 of this Court in W.M.P.No.20274 of 2025 in Writ Petition No.18115 of 2025.

O R D E R
By an order dated 15.05.2025, I had passed the following order : ''There shall be no Order of interim stay. The services of the petitioner shall not be discontinued.''
2. It is not in dispute that the petitioner's services had not been discontinued so far.
3. The grievance of Ms.A.Pramila is that the payment is being made as if the petitioner's service has been outsourced and not from the coffers of the State. That will be beyond the scope of the order that I had passed. I had Page Nos.2/4
only protected the services of the petitioner to be continued. As the service of the petitioner is being continued without any disruption. I don't find any necessity to initiate contempt proceedings. Hence, the contempt petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is closed. 19.09.2025 ms Page Nos.3/4
