Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st respondent police to give protection for about 8 to 10 hour in a day to be fixed by the petitioner with them to carry out the construction of compound wall and reparis in the petitioner's land in Survey No.119/5 in Chendrambakkam Village so that the 2nd respondent may not interfere with the process.
