The petitioner seeks bail in Spl.S.C.No.84 of 2019, wherein charges have been framed under Sections 450, 354(b) of IPC and Section 8 r/w 7 of POCSO Act, 2012.

2. It is stated that the petitioner did not attend the Court on 14.08.2023 and Non-bailable Warrant was issued and executed on 31.08.2023.

3. It is stated that the matter is now posted for examination of Investigating Officer. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is directed to co-operate during the course of trial. The Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu, is directed to complete the trial on or before 30.11.2023.
