ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court dated 21.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.22967 of 2024, has been complied with, vide order dated 16.10.2025 by the Superintending Engineer, CEDC/North/ Chennai, in Lr.No.7896/SE/CEDC/N/Adm.III/A.3 & 3/ F.W.M.C./2025. The District Collector, Chennai, has also filed a compliance report dated 23.10.2025 to that effect.

2. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate and the compliance report filed by the District Collector, Chennai, this Contempt Petition is closed.
