(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal has been filed by the petitioner/wife seeking to set aside the compromise decree granted in H.M.O.P.No.1773 of 2014 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the terms of the joint compromise memo have not been complied with. There is manipulation in the joint compromise memo. In order to decipher the aforesaid fact, the delay has happened.

3.Inasmuch this petition is only to condone the delay of 414 days in representing the appeal and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the supporting affidavit, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
