This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram in Crl.M.P.No.6738 of 2022 in MC.No.13 of 2020 dated 08.11.2022 and allow this Criminal Revision Petition.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter within a period of three months.
3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as drawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the Maintenance
Case in M.C.No.13 of 2020 on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
