This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in paragraph No.3 in Crl.MP.No.12148 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.15627 of 2025, dated 10.07.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate once in a week ie., on every Tuesday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation.
3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioners in paragraph No.3 in Crl.MP.No.12148 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.15627 of 2025, dated 10.07.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate once in a week ie., on every Tuesday at 10.30a.m., until further orders, is relaxed. The petitioners shall report before the respondent police on receipt of summons.
