This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.09.2019.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed in Crime No.570 of 2019, on 03.10.2019. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
