2.There is a marginal delay of 24 days in filing the OP against the impugned award dated 30.01.2023.

3.Having considered the statement of the learned counsel for the applicant that the copy of the award was received only on 19.06.2023 and the petition was filed on 13.10.2023 and also considering the averments stated in the affidavit, Court is of the view that applicant has made sufficient case for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the delay of 24 days stands condoned.
