2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in-person or through learned counsel. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents.

3. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 that the parties have reached compromise between them.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 and taking note of the fact that there is no representation for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is for the petitioner to work out such compromise by way of filing necessary application for compounding the offences before the trial court. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
