2. The petitioner had already moved a petition in Crl.M.P.No.7683 of 2022 seeking for suspension of sentence and to enlarge him on bail and the same was considered on merits and dismissed through dated 19.07.2022.
3. It is reported that the petitioner was absconding during trial and nonbailable warrant was issued on 03.12.2018 and was secured only on 16.12.2018. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. P.N.PRAKASH, J 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Even, when the previous order was passed on 19.07.2022, this Court directed the Registry to prepare the typed set of papers and post the appeal for final hearing. The said direction shall be complied with and the criminal appeal shall be posted for final hearing.
