Upon being mentioned, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is listed today for hearing, in which, this Court, vide order dated 13.11.2019, directed the petitioner to pay the court fee of Rs.19,000/-.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to financial constrains, the petitioner was not able to comply with the condition of the earlier order of this Court, dated 13.11.2019, namely, to pay the necessary court fee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Therefore, he prays that the petitioner may be exempted from paying the Court Fee.

3. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended by three weeks to the petitioner to pay the Court Fee.
