This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11079 of 2019 dated 12.04.2019 has not been complied with.

2. After notice, the matter is taken up today for further hearing.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, by issuing the proceedings dated 20.11.2019 by the Revenue Divisional Officer. He has also produced the copy of the said order. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open for her to challenge the same in a manner known to law in an appropriate Forum.

4. Granting such liberty, this Contempt Petition is closed.
