This application has been filed to implead the proposed respondents 4 to 20 as defendants 4 to 20 in the suit.

2. The application has been filed to implead the proposed respondents 4 to 20 being the Hockey India and the newly elected members of the third defendant Association as defendants 4 to 20 in the suit. Since the very election is challenged in the suit and the amendment is sought with regard to the validity of the election, the proposed respondents/defendants are necessary party to the suit.

3. Considering the fact that the proposed respondents/defendants are proper and necessary parties in the above suit, this application is Ordered.

4. The plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file Amended copy of the petition by 14.12.2023.

5. Notice to the newly impleaded defendants 4 to 20 returnable by 14.12.2023.
