ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No.1016 of 2017 dated 02.10.2017 on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 448, 506(i) of IPC and Sec.4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.158 of 2018 before the court below on 05.03.2018, hence, the prayer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sought for by the petitioner in this petition, has now become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
