O R D E R

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking to direct the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 26.09.2019 in accordance with law.

3. The case of the petitioner is that petitioner joined in the respondent corporation during the year 2003 as salesman and subsequently transferred to various shops and at present he is working in Shop. No.7928 and the respondent have not followed the guidelines for promotion from salesman to Supervisor and the union have made several representation and so far no orders have been passed and subsequently the petitioner sent a representation on 26.09.2019 and till date not considered, against the inaction the present Writ Petition is filed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to issue direction the first respondent to consider the representation dated 26.09.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Mr. Sathish Kumar, learned Government Advocate (TASMAC), agrees to dispose of the representation dated 26.09.2019 within a stipulated time.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 26.09.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
