This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily morning at 10.00A.M until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14163 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the XIV Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai on every Monday at 10.30a.m.,. quiet apart from the Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances until further orders.
