(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the prayer in the writ petition has rendered infructuous.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.31262, 31264 and 32265 of 2019 are closed. W.M.P.No.31260 of 2019 filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed and disposed of, inasmuch as the petitioners have paid separate sets of court fee. (S.V.G., CJ.)
