This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the enquiry based on the representation made by the petitioner on 15.04.2025, wherein, the petitioner has made allegations to the effect that the Committee which is in the management of Aminjikarai Mosque is involved in misappropriation and is causing financial loss to the Mosque. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 15.04.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording
