(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This petition is filed to accept the cause title in the above original side appeal is not seriously opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/ caveator.

2. It is seen from the records that the name of N.R.K.R.Ravindran shown in the O.P. cause title had died during the pendency of the O.P. proceedings and in T.O.S.No.7 of 2021, he was shown as deceased. Since the present appeal is filed by the defendant showing the legal heirs of the deceased N.R.K.R.Ravindran, this application seem to have been filed for accepting the cause title, is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the original side appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission' on 28.10.2024.
