Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from taking any proceedings against the petitioner pursuant to the search conducted by the 3rd respondent on the 20th November 2003 or other connected or related matters of arrest or detain or issue warrants for arrest or detention against the petitioner, it directors, employees and agents in respect of the aforesaid transactions relating to the aforesaid Deed of
sale relating to the undivided interest in land in document No. 271/02 dated 28th March 2001 and the agreement for construction dated 21.10.1999.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from taking any proceedings relating to the Deed of sale relating to the undivided interest in land in document No.271/02 dated 28th March 2001 and the agreement for construction dated 21.10.1999.
3. Today, when the matter came up, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed and the final report has also been filed in the year 2006 and the matter has been taken cognizance by the trial court in CC 29/2006 and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted under such circumstances, the trial court can be directed to dispose of the case at an early date.
5. In view of the above submission, this court is of the view that keeping the writ petition pending will not serve any purpose and the earlier order of this court, granting stay is vacated and the trial Court is directed to dispose of this case as expeditiously as possible.
6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
