This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1767 of 2022 order dated 27.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
