ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 24.01.2025, I had referred the matter to the mediation. I had appointed Ms.Chitra Naravan, Advocate and Senior Mediator, to mediate the dispute between the petitioner and the 1/5

respondent.

2. A report put up by the Mediation Centre states that the matter has been successfully mediated.

3. Both Ms.G.Shanthi Meenakshi and Mr.C.Veera Raahavan, who are appearing through video conferencing, state that the parties have agreed to enter into a settlement agreement on 03.03.2025.

4. Therefore, recording the agreement that has been entered into between the parties, the Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. The said Mediation Agreement shall form part of the records. Each of the parties shall pay the Mediator a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] within a period of four weeks from today. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
