O R D E R

This writ petition was filed on the pretext that the Innova Car bearing Registration No.TN-20-CK-6666 was seized and, therefore, the writ petition was filed to release the vehicle.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that no such car is available in their custody. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent submitted that they got instructions from the 4th respondent/Police that the said car was not at all seized by the Police. However, this matter came up for hearing on last two occasions and none appeared for the petitioner. Even today (i.e. 18.11.2021), no one appeared for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
