ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the first and third week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9561 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.10567 of 2025 dated 18.06.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9561 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.10567 of 2025 dated 18.06.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
